So the first day has rolled around of the 52 day challenge, and while I get use to this whole blogging thing, I figured to start out with I would post what I ate for the day, and approximate times.
9:30 a.m.: Breakfast, 3 hard boiled ages.
1:00 p.m. : 1 Microwavable pizza bread
after noon: 1 Large Coke from McDonalds
5:30 p.m. : 1 Fresco Chicken Soft taco and medium coke from Taco Bell
6:15-7:15: Martial Arts Class
I’m hoping to post more information on my nutrition, diet, and workouts as time goes on, just trying to get my feet wet for now.
